I received this disposal from its original owner, who really could not stand it at all. Since it was an easy swap I decided to install it nd put it through its paces. Here its eating the by-products of a chicken stir-fry dinner: broccoli trimmings, cauliflower core and leaves, carrot tops and peelings, and green onion tops. There's even a lemon rind for variety! Overall my impression of this machine is good, it works very well AND if I actually use the splash guard its almost whisper quiet.
